Vivian Maier was a American street photographer. She worked as a nanny however pursued her passion of photography in her spare time. She took more than 150,000 photographs during her lifetime, mainly of the people and architecture of New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Vivians photographs were unknown and unpublished until collectors found them around 2007. Her photographs were published for the first time in 2008 and slowly became extremely popular. Because of the time period she lived in all her photographs are in black-and-white, still this gives amazing Feel and depth to every photograph.
