Animation 

Today we were given a workshop on claymation, a method of film animation using adjustable clay figures and stop-motion photography. 

To begin the process we were given the word “shape” this was used as a basis for us to then explore. We created a mind map to look in to how we could adapt the word into our stopmotion clip. We decided to go with simple geometric shapes and have the theme of sapphires throughout. We then came up with a short story board to show step by step seance within our clip. This was vital as it would allow us to look back at the sheet and to follow the story whilst filming. Filming was the most time consuming and problematic stage of the task. The reason for this is because it took real precision
